Key points to note when using and maintaining a chain saw

The chainsaw is a two-stroke power, and attention should be paid to the power and cutting tools during use to ensure the normal use of the machine:
1、 Engine
The engine is a two-stroke engine, using a mixture of gasoline and engine oil. The ratio of the mixture is: two-stroke special engine oil: gasoline=1:50 (regular engine oil: gasoline=1:25). Gasoline should be grade 90 or above, and engine oil should be two-stroke engine oil with the symbol 2T. It is necessary to use brand specific engine oil, and the use of four stroke engine oil is strictly prohibited. It is recommended to mix 1:40 (ordinary engine oil 1:20) for the first 30 hours of the new machine, and then mix oil at a normal ratio of 1:50 (ordinary engine oil 1:25) after 30 hours. It is strictly not allowed to exceed 1:50 (ordinary engine oil 1:25), otherwise the concentration will be too thin and cause the machine to pull. Please strictly follow the oil dispenser provided with the machine to dispense oil, and do not dispense oil arbitrarily according to estimates. It is best to prepare and use mixed oil on site, and it is strictly prohibited to use mixed oil that has been prepared for a long time;
Before starting the machine, run it at low speed for a few minutes to check the lubricating oil of the saw chain, form an oil line, and then start working. When the machine is running, use the accelerator at high speed. After working on a box of oil, take a 10 minute break and clean the loose gasket of the machine to ensure heat dissipation;
◆ Spark plugs should be removed every 25 hours of use. Use a steel wire brush to remove dust and dirt from the electrodes, and adjust the electrode gap to 0.6-0.7mm;
The air filter should remove dust every 25 hours of use, and dust should be removed more frequently. The foam filter element shall be cleaned with gasoline or detergent and clean water, squeezed and dried, soaked with engine oil, and then squeezed to remove excess engine oil for installation. If it is printed with "DON NOT OIL", there is no need to add oil;
◆ After using the muffler for every 50 hours, remove the muffler and clean the carbon deposits on the exhaust port and muffler outlet.
The fuel filter (suction head) removes impurities every 25 hours.
2、 Tool section
When using a new machine, attention should be paid to the tightness of the saw chain to push it to rotate. It is advisable to use a hand-held saw chain with the guide teeth parallel to the guide plate. After using it for a few minutes, be sure to tighten the saw chain again
3、 Use Safety
Before homework, no one or animals are allowed to walk within 20 meters of the surroundings. Be sure to check for angle iron, stones, and other debris on the grass, and remove any debris from the grass.
4、 Storage
When storing, the body must be cleaned, the mixed fuel must be discharged, and the fuel in the vaporizer must be burned clean; Remove the spark plug, add 1-2ml of two-stroke engine oil to the cylinder, pull the starter 2-3 times, and install the spark plug.
