When repairing machinery, it is often necessary to dismantle and install it. However, due to the variety of types and grades of garden machinery, as well as their different structures, if they are dismantled and installed randomly, it is easy to cause damage to the machinery. Therefore, whether during disassembly or installation, it is necessary to strictly follow the regulations.
According to the different construction of garden machinery, the dismantling process should be carefully considered in advance to avoid inversion. When disassembling, it should be done from the outside to the inside and from top to bottom. Special tools should be used during operation, and it is prohibited to directly strike the parts with a hammer. To clarify the loosening direction of the parts, it is advisable to handle precision parts with care. For example, long shaft parts of the screw rod must be lifted with ropes and wrapped with cloth to prevent bending, deformation, and damage. The dismantled components should be placed on wooden frames, wooden boxes, or parts trays in order as required, and should not be placed on the ground to prevent damage or rust. The dismantled parts should be assembled together according to the original structure as much as possible, such as shafts, gears, screws, washers, locating pins, etc. For complete sets of processed or non interchangeable parts, make marks before disassembly and string them with ropes to avoid confusion, such as gear sets, valves and valve seats, oil pipe joints, etc. The parts on the valve should be plugged into the original valve body. Parts that can still be used without repair should not be disassembled or placed randomly, such as splines and gears, shafts and bearings, etc. For the convenience of inspecting the parts, necessary cleaning should be carried out on the removed parts, and then oil should be applied to prevent rust and corrosion.
When installing garden machinery, the order should be from inside out and from top to bottom, with the principle of not affecting the next process. During operation, important and complex components should be checked repeatedly to avoid incorrect or missed installation. Be careful not to let dirt enter the components during installation. During the installation process, it is also necessary to strictly inspect each item according to technical requirements. After the machine is assembled, it must be adjusted and tested in a timely manner.
