TOPSO Irrigation Machine Usage and Maintenance Knowledge

With the adjustment of orchard planting forms, orchards now generally adopt dwarfing and dense planting to achieve greater yield. The traditional orchard weeding machinery can no longer adapt to the existing orchard planting forms, while the new product of the cutting and irrigating machine can fully meet the current orchard weeding operation needs. Using a lawn mower for weed removal can significantly improve work efficiency, retain weeds on the surface, prevent soil erosion, beautify the environment, retain water and moisture, and increase soil organic matter.
1、 General safety measures
1. Prohibit indoor use;
2. Maintain a safe distance of no less than 1 meter from flammable materials;
3. When refueling, smoking is prohibited, the engine must be stopped, and gasoline spillage is prohibited;
4. Wear protective goggles and facilities while working, and use shoulder straps. Do not use if broken, cracked, or bent. Do not use without a protective cover;
5. Before use, remove hard objects such as stones from the ground and keep them at least 1.5m away from humans and animals;
6. Keep hands and feet away from the machine before turning and stopping.
2、 Inspection before operation
1. Check the fuel level from the outside of the fuel tank. If the fuel level is low, add fuel to the upper limit. The fuel is prepared in a ratio of 25-40:1 between unleaded gasoline and two-stroke engine oil, and pure gasoline and gasoline containing impurities must not be used;
2. Check the dirt on the air filter element and clean it if any dirt is found;
3. Check the free clearance of the throttle cable at the end and ensure that the throttle handle operates smoothly;
4. Check if the blade installation nut is loose, and tighten the nut if necessary; Check the blades for cracks, notches, bends, and wear, and replace them if necessary;
5. Check if the cutterhead cover is loose. If necessary, tighten the safety bolts of the cover; Check if the cover is damaged and replace it if necessary;
6. Pull the release lever upwards with the quick release device and check if the hook is released, then place the hook in place.
3、 Maintenance
1. Dismantle the spark plug, clean the carbon deposits, and measure the (electrode) gap between 0.6-0.7mm;
2. Repair the fuel filter and clean the fuel tank. Pour out the engine fuel, remove the filter, and gently clean it; Remove moisture and dirt attached to the fuel tank;
3. Check if the heat sink is dirty through the engine hood. If it is dirty, clean it thoroughly;
4. Check the fuel pipes and replace them in a timely manner if they age or leak oil;
5. Replace the blades and nylon discs in a timely manner.
4、 Save
Pour out the fuel in the fuel tank, press the fuel pump several times, and then empty the fuel in the fuel tank.
